Stumbled upon this site the other day, after reading about it on Wired.com's 10 Hottests Music Websites. It's pretty tight. It allows you to search the web for any available mp3s to stream from any artist and enables you to create a realtime playlist from the tracks you select. You can also play previously created mixes or post a link to a mix you've created for others to listen to
